TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Role and responsibilities

To support and accelerate our growth, Energis is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to give
customer support.

You will be setting up our Energis.Cloud & Raspicy solutions to ensure our customers have the
configuration, functionalities and data corresponding to their needs.

Your tasks will include:

  • Become a master of Energis.Cloud and Raspicy data logger
  • Understand the customers’ needs and technical environment
  • Deliver customised solutions based on Energis.Cloud and/or Raspicy data logger

Skills & Competences

  • BSc, MSc or equivalent in a relevant Science/Engineering degree
  • Good to have: basic knowledge of the energy domain
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and ability to share knowledge with others
  • Ability to work efficiently in an international team
  • Ability achieving goals together with the team
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian, Dutch or French at a level that allows you to communicate smoothly via email and phone
  • Quick at absorbing new information and applying it effectively
  • Working in a structured, cost-conscious way and being able to manage priorities
  • Customer oriented: ability to understand customer needs and to translate them into solutions
